Some thing needs to be done in the North End. Not the only alleyway most are like this. It's time people in the North End start taking photo's of every property and take note of the address and report over grown property's and trash in alleyways. Code enforcement needs to just drive around and start writing people up for code violations. I'm sure if it was in the Grand ave and Summit hill neighborhood it would not keep going on like it does in the North End.
