Description
The street lights in the inner circle are working properly but they seem to be older and the brightness seems insufficient. It is particularly difficult to see in the sun because of the glare. I have seen numerous cars, particularly those from out-of-state who are not for familiar with this Circle, run red lights as they cannot sufficiently see whether it is green or red. This light is at a crosswalk which makes it dangerous for pedestrians. I would suggest replacing the lights or adding some sort of cone/cylinder tube around the lights to make it more visible
