Ongoing maintenance issues at "the store" on the corner of N Madison and Bold springs. Trash in parking lot, including an old tire, signage still not compliant with code, and fence not compliant. Fence boards were mostly replaced, but never stained to match and entire fence is leaning about to fall over

The trash is picked up periodically and will be looked into as will the existing signage which may be an existing non-conformity.

Fence damage is quite recent and has not been repaired yet but the owner is aware of it. Building sign is existing non conforming. Litter will be picked up periodically so as not to accumulate.
