We send ambassadors through as often as possible and hope more activation will get people in there to help keep away quality of life issues. Unfortunately the police just don't have the number of officers needed and are very busy as it is, for how few there are they are doing great at keeping the problems downtown as low as possible.

This area has become a sanctuary for derelicts, and has been for years. It needs serious patrolling throughout the day and night.
