A white van has been parked on the corner of Preston Rd. and Barclay . It has not been moved in months and has no front plate.

Town of Hempstead (Utilizador Registado)

Hempstead Town works in conjunction with the Nassau County Police Department to remove abandoned vehicles from our roads. First the Police Department must issue tickets and then Hempstead Highway Department can begin the towing process. A report has been shared with the Highway Department requesting that appropriate action be taken. If you need further assistance please call the department directly at 516-489-5000. We are open Monday to Friday 9:00 AM to 4:45 PM.

Just a slight correction, it's Preston Road and Buchanan. van is still there, hasn't moved in months.
