Concerning the issue of ongoing gambling at Victoria park, to which the city has taken a blind eye. Might I add, there is one man in particular that stares at me and my family as we come and go from our house, it's become a little unnerving, and he doesn't try to hide it. This staring has been going on for a year now, and it just happened again today so I'm getting fed up with this entire issue. The staring isn't illegal and doesn't break any civil code, but it is unsettling. The city has done a wonderful job on graffiti but this is another story with this here. someone probably has to go to a city council meeting and let the city know this is not appreciated.
They are there more or less from sun up to sun down gambling at a city park next to a playground. Need i mention other residents in the area have complained here on seeclickfix. They are now attracting young teenage men to gamble with them as of a few months now. (I'll get pictures if you want them)
If they're allowed to gamble at a city park and litter and drink then I don't see why myself or anyone else can't do the same at a Corona park.
