This lot remains severely overgrown and is attracting pests. Multiple neighbors have complained and the owner is nowhere to be found. Recently, I have observed rats entering the brush and after rains, it holds water and is attracting mosquitoes. I am concerned that this is becoming a public health hazard, particularly with Zika now in the US.
