Opis

There is a brown Acura on the street, that has a pulled off bumper and 2 flat tires sitting on the street here. Please have it removed. It's been her for over 3 months and has not moved.

I don't think it's been there for quite that long (I live on Lyon so pass that spot all the time) - I DID see a woman standing next to it about 2-3 weeks ago and it was getting a new Windshield, oddly enough.

I think it might have been stolen and they just haven't taken it away?

In any case, I agree it shouldn't just be sitting there on the street. The owner should be contacted and have it towed away.

Very True.Only the P.D. - This car can be fully compliant and the owner might live very near by. He/she might be wondering who and why are people tampering with their auto. Police might have been contacted but the car is reg.& ins. ,so nothing can or should be done about it.
The law also states a car has to move at least 3 feet in a 48 hr period ( if it's registered) and nobody has a right to tow it or touch it in any way. If he/she was using it to go to work every day then that is a moot point.
Sounds like somebody is creating a problem where none existed. It sounds like what they did over here to a neighbor and probably to my car.
It was chalked up as 30-50 yr old babies, very immature individuals with absolutely nothing to do and all day to do it.
