This situation has become much worse with destruction and building on both sides of the corner of Lake Jeanette Rd and Pineburr. There are very large construction machinery and Duke Energy, etc working on both sides of the road with no signage posted. Cars continue to fly by at greater than 45 mi/hr (zoned at 35) and continue to fail to yield to those checking their mail boxes, pedestrians and cyclists. There are no warning signs posted. This is becoming one hot mess as it involves both sides of the street within a 2 block area.

No one seems to understand what YEILD means at thr round a bout on lake Jeanette Rd and Cottage, they continue to go right through failing to yield, the same thing on Lake Jeanette Rd and Elm at that round a bout. Something needs to be done the cars coming from Bass Chapel do not yield and it causes you to sit at Lake Jeanette for 5 mins at times
