Blenman-Elm has huge potholes. I am disabled and can't get out and photograph and label all of them. I am very angry. I have no money to spare but I recently had to get 4 new tires and wheels. All 4 wheels were out of round thanks to these !@##$%!! potholes. And I can't sue the city.

Sorry to hear about your troubles, times are tough and your neighborhood leaders are doing what they can to get things fixed. May I suggest you slow down a little bit and keep your eyes on the road and you might finds your car fairs a little better.
