It has been cut back some but the sidewalk is still obstructed and it's difficult to see the traffic on Washington Street when you are the stop sign on Cherry Street. The sidewalk space is seven feet wide and much of that is still blocked by the hedge. Check the wire fence on the property line.
The sidewalk needs to be cleared of earth that has accumulated over the years.

It hasn't been corrected. If you went to look it's obvious that the sidewalk is still partially obstructed and the line of sight from the intersection is restricted. It's dangerous.
