Descripción

Ridgeway Loop traffic on ramp to poplar headed westbound has no curb ramp to get to the bus stop. The north side walk has a curb cut but the south does not. I cannot access the bus stop from this location. I am in a wheelchair.

How was it addressed? The report shows that the ramp is already in place. It clearly is not. Did you look at the photo? Have you been out to look at the "curb ramp in place"?

How can you tell me that the ramps are already in place when they obviously are not? Did you just put them in? At least give me another excuse, like, we don't feel like correcting this problem. That's more believable than to lie to me.
