Description

This is the EsportA Health Center. There are only two parking lot accesses to this facility and the management has installed a locked gate on the south entrance, which leads from Primacy Parkway, through a common paved access into the Health Center Parking lot. This action has created a limited egress and ingress to the health club members who use it., and there is no access control entry and exit for members.
Members have asked why the gate has been placed there and were told "to prevent car break ins" That locked gate has been in place for two weeks and cars continue to be burglarized on that parking lot. The main parking lot entry is on Ridgeway Rd. and is used by patrons of EsportA and Taco Bell.
Safety is the concern as emergency vehicles now have limited access. to the parking lot and building on the event that the Ridgeway Entry is blocked, for whatever reason. It will block patrons of EsportA and Taco Bell if the main entry is non accessible, as well. is there anything that can be done to relieve the traffic tie ups when patrons of both businesses are lined up to enter or exit the lot to and from Ridgeway Rd? any help will. be appreciated.
