This truck is ALWAYS on either Gifford or Bentley. It is accumulating strange dents and damage and graffitti. It is clearly being moved but I've never seen the driver/owner. It is there when I leave for work around 7:45am and there when I get back at 6. It is there on Saturday and Sunday. Something is very odd.

As far as I understand it, commercial vehicles are prohibited from parking on residential streets overnight
