This area of the city was already really congested, especially in late afternoon through early evening. The new one lane setup though is making it much worse. Given the raised lights on the center lane, it looks like this is a permanent change, and not to do with the construction. I request the city planning team take another look at the setup here. It seems there's got to be a better option as this is inefficient traffic flow.
This should have been considered before approving plans for the building of the apartment complex.
