Description

Lights out in the parking lot at the VA Ave/Rock Creek Parkway intersection and lights are out on the bridge from the parking lot to the Washington Harbour. There are many tourists and young people walk through this area after dark. Not only are there lights burned out but there is insufficient lighting to begin with.
