Tree was removed during storm and bricks in the sidewalk are now a trip hazard and need to be repaired near tree well.
Resident really wants a new tree at this location and is open to enlarging the tree well, if possible, to accommodate a new tree.

Submit back to Forestry for tree planting when sidewalk is repaired.
