The trees and shrubs growing back there are too tall for safe use on the properties in this area. The owner or owners need to select more appropriate plantings and get rid of these obstructions ASAP. Otherwise, the problem will continue until someone has an auto accident due to invisible driveway or one of the animals living in the growth comes out and bites a child.

Same problem is ongoing in June 2018.

The property is now occupied. The residents cut back half of the tall trees but left the trees in excess of 6 feet high at the end of the driveway, still blocking most of the view of the common driveway. This tall overgrowth is still a safety hazard to anyone driving down the center of the driveway. This problem is not being addressed.

The overgrowth once again has been cut down to the ground, However, stumps and roots are still there and will undoubtedly, present once again, as overgrowth obstructing the view of the common driveway by next spring of 2019. The problem will persist until the roots are destroyed and that has not happened.

Now that the property seems to be occupied, someone is finally attending to the overgrowth problem, for now. I am hoping that they will continue to monitor the back yard and keep it cut or somehow, eliminate the problem by destroying the weed roots.
