Vagrants congregating on front porch of church building. The pastor, Ashley Dellagiacomo, is allowing their behavior of drugs, drunkeness and threatening neighbor's. This was an issue 12 years ago and it has started again. Vagrants threatening to burn down houses of neighbor's complaining about them. This is a dangerous situation.
