Trash, debris, tall weeds, sofa on side of building,---- there is a lock on the door that does not lock and close and secure that building - there is a chain and a lock on the door to give the impression that it is secured and locked ---and there are people staying there overnight-- this morning I saw someone leave the building on their bike
