Description

Tree roots are greatly protruding thru the pavement on the bike path just north of Hazel St on the way to Ivy. Just today a very experienced cyclist hit the roots there and was knocked onto his helmeted head, passed out and was hospitalized. His blood is still there. This section needs to have roots dug up and repaved. Other sections are almost as bad.
