There must be a dozen RVs being dismantled in the street. Someone should run the numbers and see what tow yard was the last to tow them. Then you will know who to send the clean up fee to.

This shows, that the city of Oakland will put up with anything

Granted OPD should be showing initiative in handling these ongoing issues. But they are not and they have no mandate from our reactive city leaders to do so.
