It states 2nd Ave, but the map shows Second St?

It is 2nd Ave. I live right next door and have already reported this once before. It was "assigned" to someone, but as usual, nothing has been done about it. The property management company is supposed to be taking care of it, but when called they do nothing.

Thank you for reporting this incident. An inspector has evaluated the premises and issued a Notice and Order on 7/01/16 to the owner requiring the owner to abate the code violation(s). Return date is 8/10/16 for vacant building violations. The overgrowth was referred to the Department of General Services for clean-up.
