07/22/2016 A concerned member of the bicycle community decided to not wait for Philly Parks and Wreck to clear the trees and branches. Apparently using only a folding saw and a tree branch as a broom, he cleaned this up with a little help from two passing cyclists.
Maybe some day, a crew of city “employees” will finally arrive to cut up the big stuff.
