The storm drain is clogged with mud and debris. Mosquitos! This has gotten progressively worse over time. Since Saturday's storm, there has been a horrible smell coming from the culvert.

The problem persists. Need more information on how to identify the location? It's the BIG giant DITCH filled with rocks, dirt, logs and trash that runs from Ruffin to Mayview between 3019 and 3021 Mayview and leads into a culvert that goes under the road.
