WE HAVE TO GIVE THE OWNER 30 DAYS TO MAKE THE REPAIRS. IF IT IS NOT REPAIRED WE MAY ISSUE A SUMMONS TO COURT. AFTER THAT, THIS CAN GO ON IN COURT FOR SOME TIME.
