Description

It seems to be coming largely from the apartment units along Penn St NE east of Montello in the Trinidad neighborhood, but neighbors all along this road on Penn between Montello and Queen are failing to pick the trash up from their front yards and sidewalks. I just purchased a house on this street and this trash situation needs to be addressed. The homeowners/landlords on Penn St need to be held accountable for their littering and failing to pick it up if it happens to accumulate on their property.
