There are old sheds on Bright street that are across from the new construction of 28 Bright Street that are ambiguous and have self made 'no parking signs'. If these are deemed illegal it would add about 6 new street parking spots to a congested street.

I'm finding so many "out of date" paper parking signs being removed and place in other areas - who is getting away with this practice!?!
For the most part, many drivers will see the sign, ASUME that they "can't park there" and drive away...
It's just not right...
