Description

These 2 semi cabs have been parked in the same spot for over 2 months. There is now a sinkhole in the middle of the street. It is hazardous to drivers on E 36th because they dont have room to go around the sinkhole barricades and the cabs.

A. one of the abs is missing several wheels. these yave been sitting here for quite some time. please do something about this as it is a nuissance to drivers as well as an eyesore to the neighborhood.
