Blocking driveway of 137 Clerk Street

Still there as of 6:43pm. The woman goes to the car frequently and gets little things. Doesn't bother to move the car up.

When this vehicle is blocking the driveway you can call the Parking Authority (201-538-2525) to have some come out to this location in question.

That house has been there for over 25 years with the driveway! So let me get this straight: someone with a disabled plaque hanging from the rearview mirror (and doesn't have disabled plates) and who is not disabled (I have her on video with nest cam) can block an active driveway for over 24hours and when brought to their attention, they claim it's illegal- meanwhile she was in the wrong to begin with! And she lives down the block with a driveway and a garage, so the question is: is she starting trouble and now providing falsifying information to take the focus off of her? 137 clerk driveway has been there over 20 years. Probably more than that. Check it out! It's grandfathered in, it didn't just appear as she claims. If it did 'just appear' then there would have been complaints a very long time ago. Do not take the focus off what this person did was wrong, she has a sense of entitlement if she driving with a handicap plaque and not handicapped.

That I wasn't doing you have the right to call the Parking Authority (201-538-2525)to have her ticketed. The complaint came into this office as an Illegal driveway so that has to be investigated as well. If this driveway was there for the amount of time that you are saying then it should be Legal and they will give you the proper paper work for that. Then Parking Authority can be called and Zoning will call and send the proper documents for you to get your no parking lines painted there is a fee to have them painted.
