Team Real Estate- We reported yesterday that there is a large tree leaning dangerously over wires,sidewalk and the street. The issue was closed today with the response "private tree, homeowner responsibility". We had a licensed arborist Seth Harkness look at the tree and he said that the tree is 3/4 on city property. Please urgently review this issue again.
