There is a flashing speed limit sign recently installed/upgraded on westbound Route 78 immediately east of Springdale Road NE. The sign flashes all the time (24x7), indicating that the speed limit should always be 25 MPH, which is not correct. The flashing beacons are supposed to operate on a "Time of Day" schedule (likely Mon.-Fri. within small window of hours). Please rectify so the sign does not imply the speed limit should be 25 MPH all the time.
