905 Seymour is a mess all the way around ever since a new owner took over. The tenants have destroyed the outside of the house. This is not the first time garbage has piled up either. The young children run all over the neighborhood and infants are left screaming outside while the adults appear to be trafficing drugs and other things. The house is unlicensed as a rental. This house has multiple complaints against it. Why has nothing been done to cite, evict, arrest, or get the children out of this dangerous situation?
