Non-working refrigerator has been "parked" on this porch, for many months. The front of the unit is facing the wall, hence the assumption it is non-working. Even if it were working... Code enforcement officers have stopped at this address for illegal parked cars many times, but have never addressed this safety issue. It is an eye sore and an infraction of EP's codes.
