Behind the Keef community center there is a small park for the kids in day care or camp to play on. During times when there is no camp or day care kids in neighborhood are usually in park. However most are over age to be playing on jungle gym and are involved in illegal activity. Doing drugs or drinking in the park.. Most are disruptive and often leave debris behind. need to have more foot patrols in area to have this behavior stopped. This happens in day and evening hours.
