Maxwell Park bathroom doors unlocked for the second night in a row as of 10:45 PM, 7/17/16. Since 5/30/16, the city has neglected to lock bathroom doors at least 20.8% of nights that the neighborhood has been monitoring. Since 6/30/16, the city has neglected to lock Maxwell Park bathroom doors at least 11.8% of nights that the neighborhood has been monitoring.

We met with POL and was agreed that locking door would reduce unwanted activities. Someone is not doing their job.
