End of driveway is puddling. It hasn't rained for days and there is still water pooling. My driveway pools more water than any other. Can we get this fixed?

Just curious, do you have a lot of water in your back yard? Sprinklers and such? Pool run off?
Google Street view makes it look like water is draining from your backyard, to the street, and then heading west, towards Rosslyn.
I'll be curious if the city can help your issue. Don't know if they can elevate your area to make it flow faster to the drain.
You also look sandwiched between 2 other new constructions, so I am assuming their foundation footprints aren't helping the issue either, with less land to absorb the water.
