Every other month this seems to happen , on garbage pick up day pierpont st , being on Friday garbage truck seems to spills oil all away from pierpont st entrance to east pearl st and stops. Either tenants dumping oil in their trash or truck leaks going up that hill. Please address properly. That stain stays for weeks , to months.
