Description
Because the trash is over the picket fence that encloses the backyard at this address, it must be coming from the residents of this house. There is a lot of trash over the picket fence behind this house as well as to the side of the house. They may be dumping onto park land as I do not know where property line ends, although I assume it ends at or by the fence line. The trash is visible from Ella Grasso Blvd and about Irving street looking towards the back yard of 1674 Chapel. It is easier to see when the leaves are down.

Thank you, I appreciate your reply. I will note though that the dumping is onto park land, most likely. While I do not have a survey to be certain, I can be sure that the way the trash is sliding down the slope into the park and marsh, most trash, if not all, is on park land.
Mostly, in my experience, I have noticed that no agency, not parks, not public works, not town hall, has cleaned up this area or the other that I posted, and I have been a ping pong when I have worked the telephone to get these areas cleaned up. Each points the finger to the other. I was even told in person by a parks official to go on SeeClickFix to get it taken care of.
Not mad at you just totally frustrated that nothing gets done by any of these agencies that supposedly "work for us".
