LCI Neighborhood Specialist was at the property (Monday 10/24/16) took a picture, and spoke with the owner regarding the issue.

The bushes were trimmed and the clippings were left on my property. I am not cleaning it up, that's the landlord's responsibility. The bushes need to be cut lower, they're too tall. It is impossible to see pedestrians who are walking by as we are backing out of the garage. Almost had several accidents. The height of the bushes is a hazard.
