Low hanging branches along Skyline from Hayne to Summit in both directions. There are several locations along the roadway where the bicyclists have to move outside of the bike lane to avoid the branches and shrubs encroaching into the path of travel. The trees branches should be no lower than should be 14’ 6” above the travel-way and 11’6” above pedestrian travel-ways. The shrubs and branches should be cut back a minimum of 12” behind the back of the curb. Please focus on the area between Chateau and Hayne first the 6900 block of Skyline.
