I live near Fort Hale Park..(Woodward Ave) Morris Cove, New Haven. .Every Sunday Night there is loud bass. Sounds like Spanish Music I don't know where it is coming from?? Maybe Long Wharf. It is very annoying. Kids need to go to bed and that pounding thud is giving everyone a headache.
