I'm going to go out on a limb and say there's no permit issued for this to be parked on the street and taking up/blocking several Residential Zone 3 parking spots. And I don't see a visitors tag hanging off it either. Parking is tough enough without machines, orange cones and recycling bins being used to block spaces
