I was walking my dog and the white Shepard mix pokes his head through a hole in the homeowners gate and bites my dog right on the mouth. Two neighbor's that witnessed the attack said the dog and owner have already had other complaints filed against them. After the neighbor's helped clean my dog up, I turned around to hurry home, west of the attack. I am about two houses west of 7401 Winslow place and see the white dog has jumped the wall and is charging at me and my dog. I start yelling for it to go away and one of the neighbor's that helped me heard me and drove over to scare the dog back home. The owners were home but did not come out to control or constrain their dog.
