Heavy Puddling can create problems.

I received a call this morning (September 29, 2016) that the street and shoulder had been fixed. However, to my dismay, I have found that it has not been repaired. Nevertheless, I would want to thank the city for repairing the other street conditions, that were also needed. With that said, please come back and repair this specific issue along the shoulder where it meets our driveway.
