Los Coyotes Restaurant leaving the 2 trash bins out all day again. Homeless went thru them and dumped the trash on the sidewalk. Please have DPW inspectors and/or health inspectors drive down wiese st ( side of restaurant ) to see the every day pattern for yourself. The blue recycling bin was left open and will attract rats. Los Coyotes needs to get trash bins with lock and key. The homeless go thru the trash bins late at night and make a lot of noise and leave the trash on the sidewalk and the lid open. There is a beautiful painting on the outside of their wall on Wiese St. I see its been tagged
