An Investigation has been conducted and has been determined that this should be handled by TOD-Signing Section.

OBSERVATIONS: A field investigation was conducted on 07/07/2016 at 9:11am relating to an empty pole at the location of 6607 Southwest Frwy. This location is about 200? north of 6000 Rookin St on the northbound feeder road. The 311 comments state that a pole has no sign and needs to be removed. Rookin St is a (E&W) bound street and Southwest Frwy is a (N&S) bound highway. This is a T- intersection with an asphalt paved roadways having curbs, gutters, and sidewalks in a commercial area. Southwest Frwy & Rookin St is controlled by a west bound stop sign. During this investigation traffic volume was heavy. However, at the time of this investigation an empty 12? pole was found believing to have been left when the RED Light Camera Signs came down. No contact information was given by the requestor. RECOMMENDATION:

Sending this work requested and 1- reference photo copy attached to this document for reference to Sign Shop to remove the empty sign pole at the location of 6607 Southwest Frwy (NBT) 200? north of 6000 Rookin St.
