Los Coyotes restaurant on 16th at Wiese St keeps their trash cans out 24-7. Of course the homeless go thru the bins every night.
This is what the results are every night.
The health dept and/or DPW Inspectors need to make regular inspections daily to see for themselves. We dont rats in our rrash area!
