There are a number of projects that have been started at the Conte/West School, including one - in the front by chapel - that involves a large plastic tarp covering the ground. Are they planning a pond? Or just trying to build a mosquito nursery in the water that has accumulated on the tarp? Either way, this may not be such a great idea.
