Storm drain on NE corner of Florida Ave and R Streets NW (2100 block) is clogged with dirt and debris from previous big storms, and will not drain during the next big rainstorm. Please tell Restaurant Nora to cease power washing their sidewalk into the storm drain, as it adds to the problem.
